1.Introduction: Welcome to HealthConnect. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Matchly Limited’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

2.Services Description: HealthConnect provides a platform for medical practitioners to find and connect with mentors in the medical field. We facilitate the sharing of information between users for the purpose of mentoring.

3.User Obligations:

a. Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
b. Ensure the confidentiality of your account and password.
c. Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your information and Registration Data.

4.User Conduct:

a. You are responsible for all content you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via our services.

You agree not to use the service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

b.By posting content on HealthConnect, you give us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with HealthConnect.

a.Matchly Limited is not responsible for any content that users post, transmit, or share on or through the Service.
b.We do not endorse any content posted by users and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user content.

7.Termination: Matchly Limited may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

8.Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
